We at Effective Building & Consultancy believe in acknowledging the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and in turn, giving them the opportunity to welcome us to this country, we promote an awareness of the history and culture of Indigenous people, as well as contribute to mending a long history of dispossession and colonisation.

An acknowledgement of country is a statement that shows respect for the Traditional Custodians of the land on which you meet. It is a sign of respect that often takes place at the beginning of an event and is also frequently published in texts and on websites.

At Effective Building & Consultancy, diversity and global mindedness are integral. Our culture influences the way in which we see the world. A variety of viewpoints along with the wide-ranging personal and professional experience of a multicultural team can offer new perspectives that inspire our colleagues to see the workplace differently. Diversity of thought has been shown to breed creatively and drive innovation, helping to solve problems and meet customer needs in new and exciting ways.

An increase in innovation and creativity among a culturally diverse group can create an esprit de corps and the feeling of positive progress for the benefit of the group and the organisation. Such success promotes a feeling of camaraderie among team members, which makes us a successful company in the building industry.
