Relevant Prior Experience

I have over 10 years working experience in the construction industry. I have been a Project Engineer for both vertical and horizontal structures including architectural and interior fit-out works – responsible for all the on-going site construction activities which includes supervision, inspection, coordination between the management, contractors, and third party partners and suppliers.

I have also worked with general contractors as Cost Engineer and Quantity Surveyor preparing bill of quantities and materials for various projects such as showrooms, commercial establishments, office spaces, and residential projects. I was in-charge of monitoring actual budget costs and provided assistance to the management with regard to project cost implications and performance.

Experience / Specialties

My professional background has provided me expertise in commercial and residential projects, architectural fit-outs, quantity surveying, cost estimation, monitoring, and analysis as well as site supervision and implementation according to plans and specifications. I am knowledgeable in using various software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Plan swift, and Nitro.
