As a building consultant, I have worked with a number of Tier 2 and Tier 3 Construction contractors as a building inspector including FDC Construction & Fit Out, Richard Crookes Constructions, Ward Civil and Environmental, St Hilliers, Stephen Edwards Constructions and Diona Pty Ltd. As part of the works, I have been required to prepare detailed photographic and written reports on the condition of public and private assets before and after construction works. Additionally, I have assisted with building and pest inspections for over 500 clients and consult directly with the clients with explanation of my findings based on the reports.

As a Contracts administrator, I assist with project management and estimation of construction projects. In conjunction with project management, I liaise with customers in order to achieve an accurate construction schedule and develop contracts that fit the scope of each individual project to ensure that the projects are completed on-time and on-budget.
